Who We are
For California by Californians.
The Future Leaders of California is an initiative to cultivate and identify the next generation of young leaders in California. Our mission is to help young Californians realize their full potential and bring California leadership to the forefront in the U.S.
The Future Leaders of California focuses on mentoring university students to become future leaders and simultaneously closing the gap between university students and public and private business owners. We work with a network of over 200 California business owners.
In addition, our program provides a pathway of tools and resources for student leaders to pursue programs, policies, and initiatives beneficial for the students on their respective campuses.
